Digital Bliss Chatbot CS User Data Deletion

At Digital Bliss, we are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains how your data is handled and how you can request its deletion.


1. 🔄 Automatic Data Deletion

By default:

  • All messages exchanged via the chatbot are automatically deleted at the end of your conversation session.
  • No conversations are stored on our servers after the session ends.

2. ✅ Contact Information

  • Your contact information (e.g. phone number) is only retained if:
    • You explicitly consent to be contacted for follow-up, support, or updates.
  • If you do not consent, your contact information is deleted as well.

3. ⚖️ GDPR Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Withdraw your consent at any time

Although we do not store your data by default, if you gave consent and wish to have your contact information deleted, simply email us.
